What do I include on my "About Us" page?
About Us pages are meant to provide potential clients with a brief understanding of your business or to introduce yourself and provide a personal experience so your clients feel like they are doing business with someone they can trust. Many people choose a company because they feel like they like the business owner and have something in common with them.

Points to help you in your journey:
-
Add a Photo: Include a friendly picture of yourself, individual staff photos or group staff photos
-
Introduce Yourself: Tell potential clients who you are, what you do, and why you do it.
-
Share Your Story: Share your journey with the reader. Include both your struggles and successes too. Tell the reader about your problem and then explain how you've overcome it.
-
Mission Statement: What is your main goal?
-
Connect: Explain clearly how you and your team can help the reader achieve their desired goal, fulfill a need, or solve a problem.
-
Call to Action: Ask the reader to do one thing: call you, email you, open a chat, visit your storefront, donate.

What social media accounts should I create?
This is entirely up to you. While some social media platforms are better tailored to certain business types, there's no reason to write them off. The question you should ask is, "What social media platform am I going to access myself?". Meaning, choose the platforms you know you will actually log into and actively participate through or hire someone to do that for you.

How do I get access to my website upon completion?
New websites (Website did not exist on WIX prior to your order being placed)
Upon project completion, approval, and payment completion, you will need to create a WIX account. I will transfer the website ownership to the account provide by you the client.

Existing Websites (Website is live and accessible through the internet)
After you have completed your payment in full you will need to make "The Brand Wagon" an admin over the website. This will give us the needed access to edit or maintain your existing website without disrupting service and does not give us access to any sensitive information. You will have full control over what we are permitted to do.
What colors do you recommend I use to represent my brand?
